1. - Choose either odd or even calendar days.
(Yes, you are only going to change your eating, just a bit, every other day)..
So let’s say you choose odd days for your different eating days.
2. - On every odd day just eat half or less of what you would normally eat, whenever you eat anything, that day.
You won’t get hungry because you have plenty of reserves in your body make up for the little extra food that you miss that day.
3. - On the even days eat what you normally eat; but, don’t over-eat.
Don’t eat something on the alternate day just because you didn’t eat it the day before, and of course, no binge eating , ever.
4. -NOW HEAR THIS!.
The reason this plan really works is because you will be eating at
least 25% less overall than you have been eating.
It sounds tough, but it’s really not.
You will not be hungry, nor will you feel like you are dieting because every day you can eat perfectly normally.
Interestingly enough, you will find that in just a short time you will be eating less on regular eating days than you used to, not because you are supposed to, but, because you will be full or just not feel like eating more.

A Little Common Sense Food for Thought and Suggestions
Make water your beverage of choice. Water is harmless, thirst quenching, needed in your body and good for your body. Drink tap water (most bottled water
is just tap water from somewhere else anyway). US tap water is certified pure for drinking. Why buy into the advertising for bottled water and pay $5 to $10 a gallon (in those little bottles), for what is available for free (well, almost). Sodas may
have a flavor; but, they also contain fat building ingredients. Diet Sodas??? Think they really work? Just look at the people who drink them all the time. They
obviously don’t work. Have a soda as a treat once in awhile, if you must. Don’t
let it be your beverage of choice with every meal. Wise up. Think. Be Smart.
Take some time for yourself each day. To enhance your life and improve
your weight loss efficiency I recommend (actually, everybody recommends) adding daily exercise, walking and meditation. My suggestion is start a walking
(specifically in addition to your daily walking while doing whatever) and a
meditation routine daily. Start with one (1) minute a day for a week for walking
and meditation. Each succeeding week add one (1) minute to each. By the time
you get to 30 minutes a day for each, you will completely understand the
importance and value of walking and meditation in your life, and you will have allocated daily time for each. Additionally, you will be in a fantastically healthy
habit for both your body and mind. Time for yourself is extremely important to
good health and happiness.
Be aware of what you eat and don’t eat a LOT of bad stuff.
You always know when you are eating, or are going to eat, foods that are really
not good for your health, and food that are really not good for your body size.
Don’t forget that FATTY foods create FAT in your body, every darn time you eat
them. A bunch of that fat will stay in your body unless you
work it off with extra physical activity.
